The name Layan (ليان) in Arabic means "softness", "gentleness" and "comfort" – used to express elegance and a holistic, feminine calm.

This abaya is a refined interpretation of minimalism. It combines straight lines and subtle pleated details. The fit is relaxed with loose and straight sleeves. All sizes are oversized, like classic abayas. If you are unsure about your size, you can choose the larger size for a longer length and even looser fit, or the smaller size for a shorter length and a slightly narrower shape. Contact Ayaat if you need more help

All packages are shipped with Postnord. You will receive an email with a tracking number when the item has been shipped. The tracking number is active within 24 hours.

Delays may occur in connection with holidays (such as Black Week, Christmas and New Year), bad weather, or operational challenges at PostNord.

Ayaat has a 14-day right of withdrawal , which means that you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return and 14 days to send the item back, after you have given notice.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused (without stains, odors, or other signs of use), with tags attached if applicable, and in the original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact Ayaat.kundeservice@gmail.com . You will be sent instructions on how and where to send the package. The instructions include a cancellation form, which you must fill out and print, and attach to the return shipment. Unfortunately, items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Return costs are covered by the buyer. Tracked and insured shipping is recommended, as the package is the buyer's responsibility until it is received.

Injuries and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Ayaat immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

After the item is received, an inspection will be conducted within 5 business days. Ayaat will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will receive a gift certificate for the same amount as your purchase. You can also choose to exchange the item.
